FormsTrack iDelivery downloads delivery documents to a driver's Apple® iPad® when he logs into the system. As he makes deliveries he can note any problems with the order right on the iPad. When the delivery is signed for, the signature and any notes or comments become part of the delivery document, which is immediately emailed to the customer for his records.
Back at the distribution center, signed delivery documents are automatically archived for quick retrieval after each delivery throughout the day. Information about deliveries can be reviewed and any discrepancies dealt with quickly.
